Making Sense No.0002 continues my exploration of how reading can become a visual and physical experience. Built from a custom font I designed to reflect how I read with dyslexia, each letter is stretched and warped until poems unfold as spatial compositions.
Within the layers of paint and resin, a hidden chair sits quietly inside the poem. It began as a recurring motif in earlier works like Solitude (2020) and evolved through later pieces where the chair stood as a symbol of stillness, reflection, and unseen effort. Here it is woven into the composition itself, revealed only through time and attention.
The monochrome palette and sculptural depth invite you to slow down and search, to engage with language the way I do. It is both a visual puzzle and a meditation on perception, an artwork that changes once you truly see it.
